I am happy to welcome the academic and research fraternity, passionately involved in the fields of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, to join and participate in the state of the art programmes undertaken by the center in the recent years. The CRNN is proud to support the research efforts of not only all departments of the University of Calcutta, but also of industry and other institutes from all over India, as well as our international collaborators. Apart from the research, the center is planning to extend its wings towards teaching; educating the new generation students in these upcoming areas. Presently we are focusing to balance fundamental scientific research and targeted developmental efforts in order to grow the knowledge-base and apply it for the betterment of mankind. We seek your active participation and advice in all forms.
